The AEGEE-Autumn Agora 2008 will take place from the 2.-4. of october in Aachen, Germany. The preferred day of arrival is wednesday the 1st of october.

AEGEE-Aachen Registration will start on Wednesday in the Humboldt-Haus (Pontstr. 41). From then on registering will be possible at any time. To speed up the registration you will receive the registration-sheet in the next days. Please check your personal data before printing and correct any mistakes in your online application. Without a correct and signed sheet it will take much longer for you to register. The same applies for an uncorrectly transfered participant fee. You will also need an ID-Card or passport to register.

You will sleep in serveral gyms all over the city so make sure you bring a sleeping bag and a mattress. The weather in Aachen is rather cold and rainy at the moment, bringing an umbrella and a coat is advised. Since we will walk to the gyms and back everyday you might also want to bring the right shoes that wont let you stumble over the cobbled street.

Unfortunately we cannot provide any lockers for your notebooks and valuables. Although the gyms will be locked for everyone during the daytime we cannot ensure the safety of your valuables. If you still want to bring a notebook you can use the university's WLAN network over Eduroam or one of our guestaccounts.
